Contact Us
We would genuinely like to hear from you — whether you have spotted an error, have a story tip, want to talk about a partnership, or simply have feedback on the site. Everything comes through to the BitAdvent editorial desk.
What we can help with
- Corrections — if something on BitAdvent is wrong or out of date, tell us and we will fix it. Please include the page and, if you can, a source, so we can act quickly.
- Tips and story ideas — a development we should be covering, or a topic you would like us to explain in plain English.
- Press and partnerships — media enquiries and legitimate, non-paid collaboration proposals. Note that we do not accept payment for coverage; see our ethics policy.
- General feedback — what is working, what is confusing, and what you wish we covered.
What we can’t help with
We cannot give personal financial, investment, legal or tax advice, tell you what to buy or sell, or predict prices — we are a publication, not an adviser or a broker, and we do not know your circumstances. We also cannot access, manage or recover funds on any exchange or wallet.
If you have been scammed
If you have lost money to a scam, contact your local police and financial regulator; they are the right people to help. For your safety, never share your wallet seed phrase, recovery phrase or private keys with anyone — including anyone claiming to be from BitAdvent. We will never ask for them, never run a “giveaway” that asks you to send crypto first, and never charge a fee to “release” funds. Anyone doing so in our name is an impersonator.
How to reach us and what to expect
Use the contact details or form provided on this page. We aim to read every message, but we may not be able to reply to each one individually, and we cannot promise a specific response time. For the week’s crypto briefed the BitAdvent way — what happened, why it matters and what is on the horizon — you can also subscribe to our newsletter: free, no hype, unsubscribe any time.
