Market Capitalisation Beginner
Market cap is a coin’s price multiplied by how many coins are in circulation — a rough measure of its overall size.
It is a fairer comparison than price alone, because a coin with a low price but a vast supply can still be huge. On BitAdvent, market cap is worked out from a live price and a curated circulating-supply figure.
